Aluminum shading nets are usually used for crops that are sensitive to light and temperature, especially those that need precise light control, cooling or protection from strong light burns, according to the greenhouse internal environment and crop needs, to provide a suitable growing environment for crops. Widely used in flower planting, high-grade vegetables, seedling, medicinal plants and scientific research greenhouse.

Material

It is made of Aluminum foil  and closed structure(polyester,polyolefin). This aluminum screen can be used alone to achieve the dual purpose of cooling during the day and high efficiency and energy saving at night.

1. Basic material

The polyester, polyolefin  have the characteristics of ultraviolet (UV) resistance, aging resistance and high tensile strength.

2. Aluminum strip

The surface of the composite aluminum foil (mostly vacuum aluminum plating or aluminum film lamination), there flectivity of the aluminum foil can reach 80% to 95%, effectively reflecting the infrared and ultraviolet rays in the sunlight.

3. Additive

Add anti-aging agents (such as UV stabilizers), antioxidants, etc., to extend outdoor service life.

PRODUCT PROCESS

1. Knitting process

The use of warp and weft knitting or knitting process to form a uniform mesh structure.

2. Aluminum foil composite

The aluminum foil is attached to the substrate through a vacuum aluminization or lamination process to ensure reflectivity (up to 80%-95%).

3. Edge treatment

Using edge wrapping or heat sealing technology to prevent off-line, some products are equipped with reinforcing bars or metal rings for easy installation.

THE DRIVING SYSTEM FOR ALUMINUM SHADING NET

It is composed of screen skeleton, driving mechanism, curtain line, screen, control part, it realize the function by adjusting the coverage and opening and closing degree of the sunshade net, thereby reducing the greenhouse light intensity and reducing the temperature in the shed. The driving components of the sunshade system are mainly composed of decelerating motor, drive shaft, gear, rack, push rod, support wheel, etc. The drive shaft machine is connected with the gear of the reduction motor.

When the reduction motor is working, the drive belt gear rotates. The gear drives the rack to walk, and the push rod is connected with the rack,thus driving the expansion and closure of the moving sunshade net.

  • External shade net

    Material: High weight HDPE (≥120g/㎡) + anti-UV layer.

   Material: Lightweight PP or HDPE (80~100g/㎡), aluminum foil reflector facing down.

   Advantages: Thermal insulation + diffuse reflection, suitable for winter or large temperature difference between day and night.

  • Open hole structure

    1. Pinhole mesh

    Shading rate is reduced by 5% to 10%, and ventilation is enhanced (suitable for high humidity environment).

    2. Strip mesh

    Directional ventilation, suitable for crops requiring stable airflow (such as strawberries).
